At Labelexpo Americas, booth 136 EMT International will present its portfolio of Rotocontrol label finishing machines.

Available in basic inspection/rewinding configurations, Rotocontrol EMT machines can be fitted with numerous modules either at order or later in the field for enhanced capabilities such as integrated vision inspection, semi-automatic turrets as well as multiple slitting, counting and product detection methods.

For 10+ years, Rotocontrol EMT has specialized in advanced booklet labels, extended content labels (ECL), coupon labels, and label-on-label production solutions. The BL-Series is equipped standard with the Longford International OS700X triple motor surge feeder or a Kraus Joker booklet feeder.

Advanced machines for finishing with full insetting/registration control, single pass re-inspection (security applications), in-mold label, cold and hot foil and flexo overprinting are also Rotocontrol EMT’s expertise.

The Rotocontrol EMT DT 2.0 modular hybrid digital finishing line, compatible in-line with all major digital printing presses, integrates flexo and inkjet printing, die-cutting unit, inspection, special register control, and offers a range of options  for the processing and finishing of digitally preprinted rolls.

Also featured will be EMT International’s Chameleon web finishing technology and auxiliary processing solutions for the global inkjet market.

“Labelexpo Americas is an ideal opportunity to present the synergy between EMT International and Rotocontrol in engineering and manufacturing customized web finishing solutions to accommodate a wider range of applications in labels and beyond,” said Marco Aengenvoort, Managing Director of Rotocontrol EMT.
